Hexthorn Labs

Hexthorn Labs is an e-commerce marketing agency that measures campaigns by net profit, not by how good the report looks.

Hexthorn Labs is our dedicated marketing partner. They run the campaigns; we build what they run them on. That covers the site that explains their approach to store owners and the tooling that keeps leads and campaigns in one place.

A profit-first agency can't be sold with a generic agency website. The numbers had to make the argument, in English and in Arabic.

Who is Hexthorn Labs?

Hexthorn Labs

Hexthorn Labs scales e-commerce stores through paid advertising, SEO, email automation, and in-house video and UGC production. What sets them apart is where they start: with the store's margins rather than its ad account.

Before a campaign launches, they work out the break-even ROAS — the return needed to cover margin, logistics, fees, and returns. From there they track MER, total revenue against total marketing spend, and only scale budgets when it confirms the store is actually making money.

They work with established stores, typically above $1M in annual revenue, on engagements of six months or longer.

The Partnership

The split is simple. We build the tools Hexthorn Labs uses, and they run the campaigns. When a client comes to us for marketing, they get both: the technical infrastructure and the people who know how to use it.

It also works in the other direction. Running real campaigns on our own stack shows us where it falls short, and those gaps become product work.

The Website

The site is a single landing page built on Next.js and deployed on Vercel. One page was a deliberate choice: the pitch is one argument, and it reads best from top to bottom without a menu to wander off into.

That argument is made with a side-by-side comparison. On one side, the report an agency sends: revenue, ROAS, impressions, click-through rate. On the other, the same quarter as a P&L with margin, fees, logistics, and ad spend taken out. Same store, same revenue, and a net loss the first report never mentions.

The rest of the page follows from that: the three rules they apply, the services, results, a five-step process, and who they are a good fit for. The whole page is available in English and Arabic, switched from the header.

The Tooling

Between client projects, our own products, and campaigns run with Hexthorn Labs, leads were arriving through a dozen channels. Where a deal came from and where it stood lived in different tools, and usually in someone's head.

AnchorHub is the CRM we built to fix that. It keeps the pipeline and the campaigns that feed it in one place, so it's possible to see which campaigns bring in leads and which of those leads turn into revenue. It is API-first, so it connects to the rest of the stack instead of relying on exported spreadsheets.

Where off-the-shelf tools fall short for a client, we build custom ones alongside it: analytics dashboards, automation, and reporting shaped around how that team works.
