Do we need to be on AWS specifically?
No. AWS is our default because it's the most mature ecosystem, but we work with GCP, Azure, and bare metal too. We go where your stack lives or where it makes the most sense for your budget and requirements.
We already have some infrastructure set up. Can you take it over?
Yes, and we do this often. We'll audit what you have, document what's undocumented, fix what's broken, and hand you back something you actually understand.
What's the difference between project-based and hourly?
Project-based is a fixed scope with a fixed price — good for greenfield setups or migrations. Hourly works better for ongoing support, audits, or when the scope isn't fully defined yet.
