HexNet

Know the moment something on your network slows down or goes dark — and know it before your users do.

From the lab

We kept hearing about outages from the people they affected.

We run infrastructure for our own products and for clients — cloud servers, on-prem machines, and everything connecting them. Keeping an eye on all of it meant juggling dashboards, and too often the first alert was a message from a user.

HexNet started as the one screen we wanted: every host and service, how healthy it is right now, and an alert the moment something crosses a line. It's what we use to watch our own stack.

What it does

Health at a glance

One view of your servers, services, and endpoints — what's up, what's slow, and what changed since you last looked.

Alerts that mean something

Set thresholds per service so alerts fire when it matters, not every time a graph twitches.

Cloud and on-prem

Watch cloud instances and physical hardware side by side — the same mixed setup we run ourselves.

Early access includes

Hands-on onboarding

We onboard every early-access team ourselves and get you set up with us, not with a help-center article.

A say in the roadmap

Early users shape what gets built next. Your requests go straight to the people writing the code.

Direct line to the team

No ticket queue. Questions go to the engineers who build it and use it every day.

Honest status

We'll tell you what's solid, what's still rough, and what's coming. Early access means exactly that.

Good fit
  • Small teams running their own servers without a dedicated ops person
  • Agencies looking after infrastructure for several clients
  • Businesses with a mix of cloud and on-prem hardware
Not a good fit
  • ×Large organizations that need a full observability suite with APM and log search
  • ×Teams that need a contractual uptime SLA on their monitoring today

FAQ

What does early access mean?

We're onboarding a limited number of teams and working closely with each one. We use the product ourselves every day, but it's still evolving — you get a direct line to the team and a say in what we build next.

Do we need to change our setup to use it?

No. HexNet is meant to fit around what you already run, not replace it.

Can you set it up for us?

Yes. If you'd rather not do it yourself, our infrastructure team can set up monitoring as part of a wider engagement — or just get HexNet running for you.
